Another season of drama is on the way.
Twelve new teen girls are sharing their journeys into motherhood when 16 and Pregnant returns to MTV for its fourth season on March 27 – and PEOPLE.com has an exclusive first look.
The cast members range from a former model-cage fighter dealing with her changing body to a teen mom deciding whether or not to put her newborn up for adoption.
"I'm pregnant," one of the soon-to-be moms says in the show's trailer, adding, sarcastically, "Like, what fun is that?"
She wasn't the only teen shown having a not-so-smooth time: The last featured mom playfully screams along with her baby during bath time. "I know," she says. "I feel the same way."
