There's a new Bachelorette pad!Sources at ABC's The Bachelorette previously announced that the show would be moving production to Charlotte, N.C., the hometown of star Emily Maynard, and now details about the purported new residence have emerged.
The six-bedroom, 8.5-bath European-style mansion features 12,000 square feet of living space, an outdoor kitchen and pool, and a ballroom, according to the real estate website Zillow.com.
Maynard, 26, will reportedly film the show out of her own house in Charlotte, but her suitors will most likely be living in the new home, which has been on the market since 2008 and is currently listed at $3.9 million, according to Zillow.
ABC has not confirmed that the house is the one being used for the show, but the listing agent did say that one of his brokerage's properties was being used to film an ABC show, according to Zillow.
The upcoming season will mark the first time in Bachelorette history that the season premiere will not be filmed at the "Villa de la Vina" estate in Agoura, Calif.
