Let's hear it for New York real estate!Alicia Keys and her husband, rapper/producer Swizz Beatz, have put their Manhattan penthouse on the market for just under $18 million, according to the New York Daily News.
Does the couple need more room now that they have a nearly 2-year-old son, Egypt, running around?
The SoHo property, which Keys purchased from Lenny Kravitz in 2010, features 16 rooms, a 3,000 square-foot terrace, a floating staircase, and a glass-encased dining room, according to the report. Plus, of course, a "state-of-the-art sound system."
Previous renters have included Denzel Washington and Nicole Kidman, reports the Daily News.
