Teresa Giudice has always had a way of getting into trouble on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. And based on a first look at the show's fourth season, it seems like she's at it again.
Giudice has already publicly clashed with costar Caroline Manzo, who accused the Celebrity Apprentice contestant of trying to destroy her family by exposing a feud with her sister Dina Manzo, a former cast member who remained friendly with Giudice.
Will they make up in season 4?
It's not likely. "I can't even look at you," Caroline says in a clip after Teresa tries to apologize.
Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa are also at odds after questions come up about who spread gossip about costar (and Teresa's sister-in-law) Melissa Gorga.
"There are evil people out there – and sometimes they come in the shape of your friends," Guidice says in the trailer.
"F–– you, Teresa," Jacqueline says later. "I see you for exactly for who you are."
What else can we expect? This season is "absolutely riveting," Caroline tells PEOPLE, "and gets very personal on a lot of different levels. Viewers will also see that the men will make a huge splash this year."
The action begins April 22 (10 p.m. ET) on Bravo.
