El actor mexicano Rogelio Guerra (de 75 años) dijo que continuará defendiéndose hasta que se haga justicia, en torno a la situación legal que enfrenta con la televisora Azteca por recuperar su nombre artístico.
Desde hace varios años el actor se encuentra enfrascado en un batalla legal en contra de la televisora mexicana, empresa que le reclama una indemnización por daños y perjuicios que asciende a cerca de 26 millones de pesos.
Al actor le han embargado todas sus cuentas bancarias, su casa, su nombre artístico y las comisiones de la Asociación Nacional de Actores (ANDA).
En entrevista, Guerra expresó su molestia ante este hecho, y reveló que por el momento sus abogados le han pedido no platicar los avances que ha tenido este litigio por recuperar lo que ha forjado en una exitosa carrera de más de cinco décadas.
"Debemos esperar a ver qué resultados hay", dijo el actor al comentar que él guarda la tranquilidad ante esta situación, "ellos siguen con lo mismo, además hicieron una cosa que está totalmente fuera de la ley".
Indicó que espera que este proceso legal llegue a buen término, y "si esto no sucediera así, pensaría que la impartición de justicia no es la correcta en este país".
"Son 55 años de trabajo, no es que me hayan quitado el nombre, sino que está embargado, lo que provoca que si trabajo con mi nombre artístico todo lo que yo he ganado se lo llevan otros", dijo don Rogelio.
Señaló que después de 10 años de litigio, pensar en un acuerdo es casi imposible para él: "Después de todo lo que he vivido no puedo hacer eso", y reconoció que las redes sociales han sido muy benevolentes con él, pues lo han apoyado, así como sus fans de todo el mundo, por eso se ha animado a platicar sobre este problema.
"Tengo gente que me quiere y me respeta mucho", expresó Guerra, quien se encuentra en estos momentos bien de salud, pese a todos los problemas.
Desde hace 10 años, Rogelio Guerra enfrenta un pleito legal en contra de Azteca, donde firmó un contrato por tres telenovelas, de las cuales solo realizó una, por lo que interpuso una demanda en contra de la televisora para deshacer el contrato, sin embargo, la empresa lanzó un comunicado en el que anunció que el nombre de 'Rogelio Guerra' les pertenece.
