La puesta en escena 'Yo soy una buena abuela, madre, suegra judía', que concluirá su temporada el 15 de este mes, ofrecerá funciones en Semana Santa en el teatro Tepeyac.Hace siete años, cuando Susana Alexander representaba 'Cómo ser una buena madre judía', falleció su madre, y a manera de homenaje, la actriz montó una nueva temporada de esta obra al añadirle nuevos nombres y con la que cautiva y divierte al público.
El éxito que la actriz cosecha semana a semana, es una demostración de qué tan vigente está la historia en la que la familia protagonista ya creció, o en palabras de este singular personaje, “se hizo vieja”.
Los hijos ya 'volaron' del hogar y comenzaron su propia vida; pero llegaron los nietos, y con ellos nuevos consejos, nuevos reclamos, nueva diversión, que se disfruta en cada función.
Susana Alexander encarna a la “abuela judía” que, como las mexicanas, cuida, consiente y protege a sus nietos, a los que también de vez en cuando regaña.
Su familia está integrada por los actores Enrique Becker, Amara Villafuerte, Iván Caraza, José Ignacio Guerrero, Ariana Candela y Rebeca Irabién.
La dirección de escena es de la misma Susana Alexander, con la asistencia de Yunuén de la Mora, la escenografía de Isabel Cházaro, y el diseño de iluminación de Didier Alexander, hermano de Susana.
En esta semana se ofrecerán funciones especiales los días Jueves y Viernes Santo, 5 y 6 de abril, a las 18:00 horas, en el teatro Tepeyac.
