Four days after Whitney Houston was laid to rest, her grieving daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, is back home in Atlanta."She's doing okay," says a source close to the family. "She's still obviously got a lot to deal with but she's doing a little better each day, and being back home in Atlanta seems to be a good thing."
Brown, 18, had been in Los Angeles with her mother when the pop star died unexpectedly. Brown was later hospitalized for an emotional breakdown. In the days surrounding her mother's Feb. 18 funeral, she was comforted by many family members, including her grandmother, Cissy Houston, as well as her Uncle Gary and Aunt Pat.
"She is a strong girl," says Ellin LaVar, Houston's former hairstylist, who did Brown's hair for her mother's viewing on Feb. 17. "I think with support she will make it through this."
Brown, an aspiring singer, may one day carry on her mother's musical legacy.
"My sister's voice is beautiful," Bobbi Kristina's half-brother, Landon, told PEOPLE last year.
