Brooke Mueller will be arriving at court in Aspen any moment now -- where she'll cop a plea in her cocaine possession case -- and we're streaming LIVE outside the courthouse.
TMZ broke the story -- Brooke was arrested in December and charged with felony possession of cocaine under 4 grams, and felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as misdemeanor assault.
But Brooke won't spend a day behind bars -- Charlie Sheen's ex struck a deal with Aspen prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty to felony possession of cocaine under 4 grams ... in exchange for dropping the other charges.
Brooke will be placed on 12 months probation -- but if she stays on her best behavior during that period, the guilty plea will be erased forever ... like it never existed.
