Following what Len Goodman called "the best first show of any season," the celebrities and their partners returned to the ballroom to perform the quickstep or the jive on Dancing with the Stars on Monday night.And the stakes are high: No one wants to be the first to go on Tuesday's elimination show, which will send home the star with the lowest combined scores and votes from two weeks of competition.

Disney star Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower started the night off with a vibrant quickstep.
"It was young, it was fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed it," Len told the couple, who earned 26 points, including two nines. "You turned [your] swagger into sophistication," Carrie Ann Inaba said.
By the end of the first hour, Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas had tied their score with a high-powered jive that left Carrie Ann "hot and bothered."
"The blonde bombshell is unleashed," Bruno Tonioli told Jenkins. "I know sexy when I see it and you’ve got it."

Last week's other leading couple, Jaleel White and Kym Johnson, failed to keep up their momentum."It lacked real attack and speed," Len said of their jive. "There wasn't a crispness about it. It wasn't sharp." Carrie Ann said it lacked "that extra sparkle." They scored 22 points.
Sherri Shepherd, who wore a sparkling gold fringe dress, and Val Chmerkovskiy scored 23 for their bouncy jive.
"I am in love with you," Carrie Ann told the talk show host. "That was a phenomenal routine."
Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy's quickstep only received 20 points, which was a step above Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus, who earned 19 points, including a five from Len.
"As much as I admire you, I didn't ... appreciate the dance tonight," he said. Jack Wagner and Anna Trebunskaya's jive got 21 points.
"You're a really good dancer," Carrie Ann said, "but I think you over-danced it."

Despite a rib injury, Maria Menounos and her partner Derek Hough showed "huge improvement," according to Carrie Ann. Bruno went further, telling the couple their quickstep was "nearly perfection." They scored 25 points.Martina Navratilova lost her rhythm while performing the jive with partner Tony Dovolani and it cost the tennis icon, who scored just 17 points.
"You have to come out and attack these dances and I didn't see that," Len said.
Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd's quickstep was "refined and elegant," according to Carrie Ann.
"That performance was up there with the best I've seen tonight," said Len, who also told Driver he under-scored him last week. This week they got 24 points.
Trying to step up their game, Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff seemed to be having fun with an Elvis-inspired jive that earned 21 points.
Although the singer was called out for messing up some of the kicks, he showed improvement, Len said.
And for the final performance of the night, William Levy and Cheryl Burke's quickstep raised the volume – and the heat, according to Carrie Ann – in the ballroom.
"You have the ability to dazzle," Bruno said, adding, "You remind me of The Artist, Jean Dujardin.
