La Justicia española ordenó hoy el ingreso en prisión del islamista Mudhar Hussein Almalki, detenido el pasado martes en Valencia, al que acusa de publicar en internet una lista de objetivos de la yihad entre los que estaban los políticos españoles José María Aznar y Javier Solana.Además, según el auto de prisión dictado este viernes, Hussein Almalki, al que el magistrado de la Audiencia Nacional de España Pablo Ruz imputa un delito de pertenencia a organización terrorista, subió el pasado día 22 en la red un mensaje "en apoyo y exaltación" del asesino de Toulouse, Mohamed Merah.
Las alusiones al ex presidente del Gobierno español José María Aznar y al que fuera secretario general de la OTAN y después alto representante de Política Exterior de la Unión Europea Javier Solana, a quienes se refiere como criminales de guerra, fueron hechas por el detenido el 23 de junio de 2011.
Fue entonces cuando accedió a un foro de internet y participó en la confección de una lista de objetivos para atentar, "facilitando su 'selección'", según el auto.
Junto a esos dos políticos españoles, Hussein Almalki señaló como objetivos a los ex presidentes norteamericanos George Bush -padre e hijo- y Bill Clinton; al actual mandatario de la Casa Blanca, Barack Obama, a la ex secretaria de Estado de Estados Unidos Madeleine Albright y al ex primer ministro británico Tony Blair.
El juez afirma que el detenido es miembro desde al menos 2005 de la red Ansar Al Mujahideen (RAAM), que sigue las órdenes y directrices de Al Qaeda y opera principalmente en internet.
Como uno de sus integrantes más veteranos figuraba en el Consejo Consultivo, o Majlis al Shura, de esta organización, cuyos miembros "son reconocidos y tratados como jeques" por el resto de los integrantes de la organización y sus decisiones son "obedecidas" por éstos.
Mudhar Hussein Almalki desarrollaba su labor en el aparato de propaganda de la red, "encargado de difundir a través de plataformas de internet, tanto propias como ajenas, todo tipo de documentos, material audiovisual, etc., de exaltación de la yihad y de los grupos terroristas".
