Asked by CBS News if he's been thinking of Princess Diana on his Diamond Jubilee tour this past week, Harry, 27, replied: "In my own personal moments of reflection … yes."
Sentebale literally means "forget me not," and Harry says that's a resonant message for him and Lesotho's Prince Seeiso, with whom he founded Sentebale.
"[It's about] not forgetting the children, and not forgetting our mothers, whom both Prince Seeiso and I lost at a fairy young age," Harry says.
Harry spent plenty of time with children during this tour through Belize, the Bahamas, Jamaica and Brazil. And it's clearly a cause that matches his own youthful spirit.
"I get a huge buzz from spending time with kids," he says. "I'm still very much a kid inside myself. And spending time with them keeps me grounded as such."
The full interview with Prince Harry will air Tuesday and Wednesday on CBS This Morning.
