Want to live like a character out of Sex and The City?Well, if you have a cool $9.65 million at your disposal and don't mind a steady stream of tourists gawking at your front door, the townhouse, which stood in for Carrie Bradshaw's apartment, could be yours.
The 4,100-square-foot, four-story brownstone at 64 Perry Street in New York City, which sold for $9 million in November, is back on the market, according to the New York Daily News.
While Sarah Jessica Parker's character on the show lived on the Upper East Side, the producers chose the West Village residence as the site of her apartment and later switched to the home next door at 66 Perry.
The broker who worked on the sale in November couldn't discuss why the house was back on the market so soon, but the constant loitering of tourists is said to be a nuisance for neighbors.
Listed with Sotheby's International Realty, the first showings of the five-bedroom house, complete with six fireplaces, took place this week.
