The reality star, who is expecting her first child, visited Isla Mujeres on Friday, and after getting over some initial nervousness, received a kiss on the hand from her new friend.
With the fifth season of Jersey Shore completed, Polizzi and Farley have been traveling the globe shooting their spin-off, often accompanied by JWoww's pooches Bella and Noel.
