Daniel Balderrama Espinoza, better known as DannyLux, will be headlining the Día portion event at the famous annual Día y Noche de los Muertos celebration at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on October 28th.
With hits such as “El Dueño de Tu Amor”, DannyLux’s made collaborations with the successful group Eslabón Armado, where he wrote and was featured artist for “Jugaste y Sufrí”. He has hit #1 on the Billboard Songwriters & Producers chart and stayed there for 3 consecutive weeks. After entering Warner Music Latin, he recorded his second album “Perdido En Ti”, which debuted at #1 of Apple Music Top 200 Latin Albums. He has sold out The Roxy in LA, and opened 8 dates for Coldplay in Mexico.
The artist has just released his album “DLUX”, where he features hints of reggae, bossa nova, house, country, and even bachata, proving that he is not only into música mexicana. Don’t miss his set at Día de los Muertos…
The Día de los Muertos celebration will also be honored by the magical voice of Irene Díaz. The Mexican-American singer, songwriter and solo artist, born and raised in Highland Park, California, has released the EP “I Love You Madly” and the full length album “Lovers & Friends”. As described by NPR, she finds herself as a “soft, but quiet storm”. While Irene’s greatest instrument is her voice, without fault in any genre, the emotion in both her songwriting and singing is undeniable.
The Main Stage will also feature performances by Grupo Folklórico Cielito Lindo, Inspiraciones De Danza Mexicana, Técnica Arte Y Folklore, Grupo Folklorico Bailes De Mi Tierra, Grupo Folklórico Princesa Donaji, Tradición Dance Company and Pasión de Mi Tierra Dance Co.
La Catrina Stage will be headlined by Miroslava Ferra, with Rafael Mendoza, Todos Los Dolores and Laurie Muñiz.
Join us for one of the most vibrant celebrations of Día de los Muertos,
where day and night come alive with the magic of Mexican traditions!
