Michael Egan, who just sued "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was a minor, is about to stand in front of microphones and detail his allegations.
As TMZ previously reported, Egan claims Singer forced him to perform oral sex at a party when Egan was about 14 or 15. He also claims he was repeatedly anally raped and drugged.
Egan -- who is now around 30 -- will appear with his lawyer, Jeff Herman.
