Dave Bautista says Vince McMahon "f**ked" Titus O'Neil by suspending him 60 days for touching the WWE honcho during an incident on "Raw" earlier this month ... and now he's trying to talk Titus into quitting for good.
Bautista was at LAX when he ripped into McMahon for essentially overreacting over the incident -- saying, if anything, Vince should've had a one-on-one conversation instead of hitting Titus with such a harsh punishment.
Now, Bautista -- who left WWE and became a huge movie star -- says Titus should follow his lead ... because he shouldn't have to stand for that crap and can make more money elsewhere.
Question is ... will Titus take his advice?
