Conor ripped into Alvarez at the UFC 205 media event yesterday -- clowning the guy for not renegotiating his UFC contract after he was tapped for the biggest fight of his life.
But Glazer says it's not that big of a deal ... because a victory over Conor will seal some big paychecks moving forward.
