The fist day of the Rio Summer Olympics just got off to a REALLY tough start for a French gymnast.
Samir Ait Said severely injured his leg while vaulting during team preliminaries Saturday. YSpectators say Samir landed awkwardly and the snap of his leg echoed through the arena.
The gymnast was taken out on a stretcher to a standing ovation.
